Beneath the productivity, team members may be paying a numbness tax, trading genuine engagement for the mere appearance of being fine. According to Gallup's 2023 State of the Global Workplace report, disengaged employees cost the global economy $8.8 trillion in lost productivity. Leaders set the conditions that either deepen the numbness or dissolve it. In this session, participants will learn to spot the signals of disengagement, understand the true cost to their people and their results, and walk away with practical ways to cultivate aliveness across their teams. Because, as the data shows, when people feel alive at work, everything they touch gets better.

His industry experience includes not-for-profit fundraising, retail sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical services, B2B sales and service, software sales, and business consulting.  He now serves as the Managing Chair for C12 Business Forums in Upstate SC.
