Join us for the Irmo Town Limits starting April 25th at Irmo Town Park! Enjoy three exciting performances by top-notch cover bands celebrating the music of Bon Jovi, Marvin Gaye, and ’90s hits. A big example is when driving and how much you have to shift in your seat to be able to look over your shoulder to see oncoming traffic. Another is when trying to get out of bed and how much you have to move after finally getting up to get the low back loose.   Understanding when and where your body is limited in motion will tell you a lot about the function of your internal organs. The spine is a big tattletale and tells us almost everything we need to know if we just know how to listen. Only then will you know how to take action to correct the situation.   Light lunch will be available!
