First Thursday Art WalkSeptember 4 | 5 – 8 pmFree to the public September First Thursday Art Walk will have a special addition, as we welcome best-selling authors Diana Tenney and Jerry Lapierre. God Never Moved: A Couple’s Journey Through Fire to Life contains the story of their catastrophic accident in 2010 that left Diana a 94% burn-injury survivor and Jerry a 10% burn injury as well as Diana’s caregiver and support. Books will be available for purchase in The Museum Store at Art Walk, and Diana and Jerry will be available to sign copies. Marksman Challenge 2025Date: Friday, September 12, 2025 | Location: Cross Creek Clays | Individual Shooter: $125 (includes cart with three other shooters, Marksman Team (4 shooters): $500 (includes cart) Click here to register!We are thrilled to invite you to the Museum Marksman Challenge, an event supporting the Customs House Museum. Mark your calendar for Friday, September 12th and join us from 8 am to 2 pm at Cross Creek Clays for a day full of competition and camaraderie. Sign up as a participant for yourself or register as a four-shooter team and help the Customs House Museum & Cultural Center raise funds for the museum’s mission. It will be a great day of shooting “for the cause” with individual and team competitions, fun games, and an award ceremony. We’ll provide a light breakfast before the action and lunch afterward. Participants are welcome to bring their own shotgun and ammo or take advantage of rental options available at Cross Creek Clays. With prizes in store, this is an event you won’t want to miss!
