Community Invited to Grand Opening of Highpoint Family Wellness and Pediatrics – Portland   PORTLAND, Tenn. — Highpoint Family Wellness and Pediatrics – Portland with Ascension Saint Thomas invites community members, families and local leaders to celebrate the grand opening of its new school-based healthcare clinic located inside J.W. Wiseman Elementary School. The clinic was created through a partnership between Highpoint Health with Ascension Saint Thomas and Sumner County Schools to expand access to primary and pediatric care for students, families and the Portland community. EVENT HIGHLIGHTS: Tours of the new clinic Free hot dogs and treats Family-friendly games and activities Stuffed Animal Clinic (children are encouraged to bring their favorite stuffed animal for a special "checkup" and treatment)

Gallatin Area Chamber of Commerce Membership Luncheon powered by Highpoint Health Sumner with Ascension Saint Thomas Monday, August 10, 2026 11:30am - 1:00pm Speakers: Chris Bacon & Will General - Nashville Stars Topic: Major League Momentum Location: First United Methodist Church   The reservation deadline is always at noon the Friday prior to the luncheon.    The cost for Chamber Members is $25 for reservations made by noon on the previous Friday; $30 with reservations after the deadline and at the door. The cost for future members is $35. Reservations are required. Providing chamber and community members the opportunity to connect, monthly Chamber luncheons are typically held on the 2nd Monday of each month and feature area experts presenting on timely and relevant topics. Caterers and locations vary; advanced registration required but is open to current and future members.
