Players are invited to create their own character (level 5), or use one of our premade characters (available at the meeting). Dealey Plaza remains one of the world’s most recognized historic sites, and over the last sixty years, the history and mystery of November 22, 1963, has played out time and time again for film and television productions, from Oliver Stone’s JFK to a Hulu miniseries, 11.22.63, based on the novel by Stephen King. Stephen Fagin explores the fascinating story of Dealey Plaza as a film set, drawn from his recent article published in the Fall 2025 issue of Legacies Dallas History Journal.Afterwards, attendees with memories of President Kennedy and the assassination are welcome to participate in a brief video interview for the Oral History Project at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza.Stephen Fagin, Head of Curatorial at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, contributes to the institution's collections, exhibitions, educational and programming initiatives. Since joining the Museum in 2000, he has appeared in numerous documentaries and television programs and given hundreds of media interviews, including appearances on the Today Show and Good Morning America. Fagin, who holds degrees from Southern Methodist University and the University of Oklahoma, is also the author of Assassination and Commemoration (2013) and Associate Editor of Legacies Dallas History Journal.Dallas Public Library programs are free and open to the public.
