We'll see what we find under a dark sky. Join a ranger for a short presentation and a night hike on the trail. Join us for a new-moon night hike on the Verdin Trail to discover how animals thrive in the park in the dark. We'll be led by a ranger and will have the opportunity to observe and learn about these bewitching creatures.Bring: Water, wear comfortable close-toed shoes, bug spray, a flashlight, and a sense of adventure.Location: Meet at the Rec Hall; the hike will be on a part of the Verdin TrailDistance: The hike will be about one mile at a slow pace and with multiple stops.Fees: This program is free with paid entry to the park. Park entrance fees are $3 per adult, free for children 12 & under.Additional Info:Anyone can participate.
