Join us at the Audie Murphy/American Cotton Museum on Saturday, June 20th from 10am - 12pm for 250th Kids Day. To help celebrate the country’s 250th anniversary we will have activity stations set up in the museum so kids can make crafts like a tricorn hat, visit learning stations and see some of the items that were used to help teach kids about colonial times and the founding of our country. A special thanks goes to Regent King’s Fort Chapter Inc., NSDAR and TISD for letting us borrow their America 250 traveling trunk program that helped us plan this day’s activities. Admission to the event will be $3 per person and includes admission to the museum. For additional information contact the Museum at (903) 450-4502.

We are excited to show you our NEW LOCATION for the Greenville Chamber of Commerce!  We hope you can join us for a Ribbon Cutting and Open House on Tuesday, June 23 from 4:00-6:00 PM!  The Ribbon Cutting will be at 4:30.  Please bring business cards, flyers and other promotional items for our new "Visitors Center" and Ribbon Cutting baskets.  We will be serving light appetizers and drinks.

Leadership Hunt County Kick Off Meeting   We are looking for current and potential leaders who are prepared and committed to serve as catalysts of positive change for the quality of life in the Greater Greenville area. The Leadership Hunt County class will begin in September and will meet once a month for 9 months for a full day while learning about what makes a community operate, including Economic Development, Health Care, Government, Human Services, Education, Law & Justice, Diversity, Arts & Culture, Community Boards and Volunteering.   An informational meeting for those interested in Leadership Hunt County will be Thursday, June 25 from 5:30-6:30 at The Greenville Chamber of Commerce Boardroom. Come listen to Alumni from Leadership Hunt County speak about their experiences while enjoying light appetizers and drinks. Join us Tuesday, July 21 for a Kickoff Party and to Learn more about Hunt County Days 2027!  Do you want to be part of  helping to improve Hunt County?  Come see what Hunt County Days Government Affairs Committee is doing.  Join one of the 15 committees to work on governmental concerns that directly impact our county's future.  Our goal is to create positions that our local legislature will be making policy decisions on during the 89th Legislative Session in Austin in 2027.  The 15 committees consist of Economic Development, Education K-12, Education-Higher Ed, Education-Junior College, Healthcare, Mental Health, Infrastructure, Taxation, Technology, Tourism, Utilities-Electric/Gas, Transportation, Agriculture, Water and Insurance.
