Will you survive? Have you ever wondered about your ability to survive in the wild? Test your survival skills, knowledge, and luck in this fun and family-friendly program! This program is 1.5 hrs long and consists of activities and a moderate 3/4-mile hike. All ages welcome. No registration required.Prepare: Wear weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes. Bring water and apply sunscreen or bug repellent, as needed. Meet: Meet your survival expert at the Creekview Trailhead. If driving from park headquarters, take your first left-hand turn, pass the campgrounds, and park along the paved loop.Fees: Program is free with entry to the park. In this class, we will play 3 holes on the golf course; tune our driving, putting, and chipping skills; and introduce gameplay rules. This class is for those who have already taken an introductory golf class with us (AKA Golf for Beginners 1) or any beginners who have already received instruction on how to hold a club, driving, chipping, and putting. If you are not sure you meet these qualifications, please attend one of our Golf for Beginners 1 classes before attending this class. All equipment will be provided.
