National Grandparents Day is celebrated in the United States on the first Sunday following Labor Day.Since Community ISD is not in school on Sundays, we will celebrate Grandparents Day on Thursday, September 10 with a brunch at all elementary campuses.The day is dedicated to honoring grandparents, giving them an opportunity to show love for their grandchildren, and helping children recognize the guidance older generations can provide.
