It was a tremendous success in years past, and we’re excited to bring it back once again. Join us on Saturday, July 18, 2026, at the VFW Hall in Orange, Texas, for an unforgettable evening featuring live entertainment by the talented musicians of Pete's Dueling Pianos and a delicious meal prepared by Old Orange Café. Guests will also enjoy an exciting selection of live and silent auction items, all benefiting a meaningful cause.

Day of Caring is a great opportunity to join others to make a difference right here in our community. United Way of Orange County started this initiative in order to bring individuals together to complete special projects which will allow nonprofits to better serve their clients. Our Day of Caring is a great way to give back! We will meet at the Dow Business Center (2601 Irving St. Orange, TX 77630) at 7:45 a.m. for a light breakfast and photos (a large group photo of ALL participants AND photos of each participating team.) Once the general assembly completes teams will disburse to their assigned project worksites. Projects should wrap up by lunchtime. Teams will be assigned a Day of Caring project based on team size and project scope of work. There is a potential that your team may be divided into smaller teams, if necessary.
