Here's everything you need to know about reserving your campsite for this year's event:Reservation Day:Phone reservations will begin on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 9:30 AM sharp! (903) 560-7123How to Reserve:Reservations must be made by phone only, (903) 560-7123, and only one campsite may be reserved per person/phone call.Free Camping Perk!In return for decorating your campsite for the event, youâll receive FREE camping for both Friday and Saturday night (October 17â18). This new reservation system ensures all campers are informed and committed to participating.3. What information do I need to reserve a site?Be ready with the following:⢠Your full name⢠Phone number⢠Email address⢠Vehicle details: make, model, and license plate for all vehicles, RVs, boats, trailers, etc.⢠Number of adults (ages 13+) and children (12 & under) per vehicle4.
