Here's everything you need to know about reserving your campsite for this year's event:Reservation Day:Phone reservations will begin on Friday, May 2, 2025 at 9:30 AM sharp! (903) 560-7123How to Reserve:Reservations must be made by phone only, (903) 560-7123, and only one campsite may be reserved per person/phone call.Free Camping Perk!In return for decorating your campsite for the event, you’ll receive FREE camping for both Friday and Saturday night (October 17–18). It's our way of saying thanks for bringing the Halloween spirit!What You'll Need to Reserve:To make your reservation, have the following information ready:• Full name• Phone number• Email address• All vehicle information (make, model, and license plate) for every vehicle, RV, boat, trailer, etc.• The number of adults (ages 13+) and children (ages 12 and under) in each vehicle (Only 8 people are allowed per campsite, including adults, children, toddlers, infants)Spots go fast every year! Can I reserve my spot and my friend’s spot?No — only one campsite may be reserved per person/per phone call.2. Why are you changing how reservations are done this year?In recent years, participation in the event has been low, and many campers were unaware they were attending during Boo in the Park. This new reservation system ensures all campers are informed and committed to participating.3. What information do I need to reserve a site?Be ready with the following:• Your full name• Phone number• Email address• Vehicle details: make, model, and license plate for all vehicles, RVs, boats, trailers, etc.• Number of adults (ages 13+) and children (12 & under) per vehicle4. I want to come earlier than Friday or stay later than Sunday at noon.
