You will need to sign up on the Pet Partners national website (www.PetPartners.org (http://www.PetPartners.org)). Log in, go to My Registrations, click Team Evaluation, start your renewal, click Schedule an Evaluation. Click Sign up. Click Handler. Click Evaluations. Click Location and scroll down to Utah.  Sign up for the date you set with Brittany.  If you have trouble signing up, please call Pet Partners Customer Service at 425-679-5530, email them at [email protected]; or contact them using the "Contact us" link on their website. They no longer take live calls, but they will call you back if you leave a message. Team Evaluations are by appointment only.  Brittany Young our Program Assistant will send you an email from [email protected] with your appointment time.  Be sure and read all the reminders you receive from her, so you know what to bring with you to your evaluation and you are prepared.
