Every reader who signs up will have a 15 minute session to read out loud or just hang with Elia. Spots to read out loud are limited, so contact [email protected] to sign up for one! This is great for beginner readers, those who struggle with reading out loud, those who need help with gaining confidence or any kiddo who needs some dog time! If you do not manage to snag a spot, you will be invited to silent read in the Children’s Room during the time if interested!

This all-ages, family-friendly event invites community members to come together for an evening of coffee, tea, music, coloring, and storytelling. Whether you’re bringing an art project, a journal, or a poem to share at the open mic, there’s space for your voice and creativity. Soft seating, blankets, and bean bags are encouraged to boost the cozy vibes, and coloring supplies will be available for everyone to enjoy. Allies welcome!

In this engaging talk, Taylor will guide us through their career exploring Revolutionary War shipwrecks, sunken canal boats, and underwater dive preserves–uncovering the history and stories of submerged artifacts in Lake Champlain. They’ll also delve into how climate change impacts underwater archeology and offer a behind-the-scenes look at their work, including their scuba gear. This program is made possible thanks to a grant from ECHO Connected Learning Ecosystem (CLE).
