We offer Open Lab hours free for self-guided projects, by appointment. Class Title: Beginner Fabric Printing & Dyeing Instructor: WKM Staff Cost: $150 (prefer to pay with installments? contact [email protected]) Time and date(s): Wednesdays, 11/12-12/17 from 2:00-4:00PM (6 weeks, TG week optional) Location: 3D Classroom, Art Lab lower level (stair access only)  Skill level: Beginners/Intermediate Audience: Teen – adult Description: Participants will explore basic techniques for printing and dying cotton fabric. We will work with natural cotton bandanas and processes including block carving and printing, stenciling, glue resist, wax resist, and more (time permitting). The focus of this class is less on finished product and more on process and experimentation with the goal of getting participants comfortable with printing techniques, unfamiliar tools, and layering color and imagery.

Instructor: WKM Staff Cost: $5 Time and date(s): Sunday, 1/26 from 1:30PM-3:30PM Location: Lecture Room, Art Lab Upper Level Skill level: Any Audience: Teen – adult Description: Gather with other participants to solve compositional challenges posed by your custom envelope of mystery collage materials. In a collaborative lightning round, you’ll trade a collage with another participant and have a brief window of time to add to (or take away from!) their collage. All supplies provided. Come get your creative juices flowing! Registration for $5 classes opens one month before the start of each class and closes one week before the start date.
