No equipment is required, but you may choose to bring a yoga strap and yoga block to enhance your experience. The yoga program is accessible for all bodies, and intended for adults and older adults. This free class is made possible by The Friends of Kings Park Library. Classes will be taught by an instructor from Breathe Body & Mind, a boutique yoga and fitness studio in West Springfield, VA, which offers various types of yoga classes as well as personal training and Pilates, barre, strength and balance classes and more.
