Eunoia Theatre will present William Mastrosimoneâs The Woolgatherer, running Thursday, May 1 through Sunday, May 4 at 7:30 p.m. each evening at The Cellar at Liberty Street Mercantile, 76. W. Gay Street, Harrisonburg. The Woolgatherer unravels the story of Rose, a shy general store clerk whose life centers around reveries and daydreams in her dreary Philadelphia apartment. Enter Cliff, a hard working, rough, and witty truck driver who is just as starved for love as she is. The intimate setting of The Cellar provides a fly-on-the-wall experience for this part-comedic, part-dramatic, but always affecting yarn about two lost and damaged people who struggle to connect. Kerri Hewett plays the role of Rose, Michael Trocchia plays Cliff, and Garret Lee Milton directs with Becca Stehle as Stage Manager.
