Join us on the 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th from  from 11:00 - 11:30 A.M.  Despite her physical and Intellectual Disabilities, Aryona shares her passion of music and dance with others as a Zumba Instructor, particularly to those who have Special Needs or limited mobility.  Whatever your level of movement may be, please join us for 30 minutes of non-judgmental, at your own pace fun!  Dance movements can also be done if you are in a wheelchair or even with a regular chair if you are not stable standing.  What will you need?  You will need space to dance, comfortable shoes (no bare feet or socks), water for hydration, and lastly, your smile!
