Partners for Safe Teen Driving Meetings are designed to create a scaffold of support and a sense of teamwork between our business partners, law enforcement, parents, students, and teachers to help guide high school families through the process of obtaining a driver's license. These meetings review the 8 steps to get your license, the graduated licensing process, and any new laws concerning young drivers.In addition, representatives from the Stafford County Sheriff's Office, Stafford County Fire & Rescue, and Mary Washington Healthcare will share important information about current driving trends in our community and highlight what parents and new drivers should know when operating a motor vehicle in Stafford County.Attendance is mandatory for all students and is a curricular component of classroom driver education.Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete the check-in process.All meetings will start promptly.Anyone arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be admitted.If you have any questions, please contact your Driver Education Building Coordinator or visit www.staffordschools.net/behindthewheel .
