Join us in The Heritage Humane Society’s classroom on Saturday, May 9 at 8:30 a.m. for an hour-long beginner-friendly gentle yoga practice. It will be a donation-based yoga class to benefit the homeless pets at the shelter. This is a gentle yoga class accessible to yogis of all levels and beginner-friendly, modifications will be offered to meet the needs of all personal practices. Join us with your yoga mat and be ready to breathe, move, have fun, and meet some adorable, adoptable CATS!You must pre-register online to secure your spot. It is a $20 donation per person. 100% of the donations are benefitting the homeless pets at HHS.

Kids will also get a chance to meet some adoptable pets from HHS. Open to all children ages 6 – 12 years old. Enjoy an evening out while your kid(s) enjoy a fun movie night with us! Pajamas are welcome, but not required. We encourage the kids to bring their favorite blankets and pillow with them and a refillable water bottle.100% of the proceeds benefit the homeless pets at HHS. Calling all animal lovers! The 6th annual FURever Homes 8k, 5k, and Fun Run is coming up! Join us on Saturday, June 13, 2026, at Jamestown High School in Williamsburg, VA for a PAW-some event to support local homeless pets in need. This event is for runners and walkers of all ages and fitness levels. There will be an 8k, 5k, and 1-mile run/walk. All proceeds will benefit The Heritage Humane Society.Don’t feel like running a 8k or 5k? Sign up for the 1-mile Fun Run. This event is untimed and you can participate with your dog(s)! The course starts and ends at Jamestown High School in Williamsburg, VA.
