The district will host this board meeting in the format as follows: * The meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. unless otherwise posted.  * The board sets aside a maximum of 30-minute public comment periods per meeting. The second public comment period will only be used when there is an excess of 10 people who sign up for public comment.  I n-person attendees must sign up for public comment.  * To sign up for public comments, you must sign up by filling out the online form . The form to sign up for public comments will close at 5:25 p.m. on the day of the board meeting. Please note that the online form must be used if you are going to provide public comments. When completing the form, please indicate which agenda topic you would like to comment on. Public comments will be offered in the order in which they were received and limited to 10 people per public comment period. When it is time to comment, the procedure will be as follows: Those participants commenting in person will be asked to approach the podium and address your comments to the board, after your comment has concluded please return to your seat.  * To provide written comments, please email your comments in advance to  [email protected]  within 24 hours of the school board meeting. All written comments submitted will be shared with the board and added (as an attachment) to the board meeting minutes.  The standard  rules for public comments  apply to board meetings.  Please access the Zoom Webinar link on board meeting agendas.
