Tacoma Public Library and New Hope Resource Center have partnered to offer free showers, designed to support individuals experiencing houselessness or housing instability. A mobile shower trailer will be available in the library parking lot, with drop-in programs and resources offered in our meeting room while you wait. New Hope Resource Center is committed to raising awareness and providing services for people experiencing houselessness. Their Mobile Resources Response Team offers shower and laundry services across Pierce County. No registration required

They will bring multiple project tables for youth and families to work with wood and explore their creativity. Youth will have an opportunity to work with wood and choose a project that speaks to them. Staff will support by helping with the design of the project and crafting something that is meaningful to the individual. TBB is excited to share about their programs and support youth in creating something special to take home.
