Seattle Southside Chamber Government Affairs Council When: First Wednesday of Every Month Time: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM Location: Virtual (with quarterly in-person meetings at the Chamber office) In-Person Location: 3100 S 176th St, Suite 210, SeaTac, WA 98188 Overview: The Government Affairs Council is the Chamber’s leading policy advisory group, providing a space for members to stay informed, influence policy, and take action on the issues that matter most to our regional business community. This committee plays a vital role in shaping the Chamber’s advocacy efforts at the local, regional, and state levels. Why You Should Join: Stay Informed: Receive timely updates on legislation, economic trends, and public policy. Get Involved: Participate in roundtable discussions and help identify priority issues. Make Your Voice Heard: Contribute to position statements, policy platforms, and testimony that represent the Southside business community. Shape the Future: Help guide the Chamber’s legislative agenda for upcoming sessions in Olympia and beyond. Meeting Format: The Council meets monthly on the first Wednesday of every month from 3:00 – 4:30 PM.
