Jr. Chef Cooking Camp: Southern Comfort Foods   Camp Details: This cooking camp will allow your child the chance to create and enjoy their own cuisine while learning new skills in the kitchen including knife skills & general kitchen sanitation. We will also have some additional activities sprinkled in to make things a little extra fun! Please note that registering for this class is a commitment for the whole week. Camp runs 9am-12pm Monday- Friday with an awards ceremony on Friday where you will get the opportunity to taste your child's creations! The theme for this camp is Southern Comfort Foods featuring salads, sides, beverages, summer lunch staples, traditional comfort foods & Southern sweets. Cost is $250 per child which includes class 9am-12pm for the five days and a gift bag at graduation on ceremony. Age 8-16 General Cooking Class Information If there is not an option to add a class seat to your cart, that means the class is full. Each cooking class is a unique hands-on experience where you can learn everything from basic knife skills and sanitation to beautifully garnishing the finished product. Purchasing one spot in our cooking class entitles you to a station to share with another registered participant, use of our kitchen equipment, all the necessary ingredients to create the described dishes & in-depth chef instruction. Each cooking class takes place in our teaching kitchen at The Changed Plate.       Cooking Class Rules & Cancellation Policy ***Please note that registering for our cooking classes & completing your transaction is equivalent to signing the attached Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability Cooking Class Waiver** All class sign-ups are by pre-registration and pre-pay only.  Registration for standard classes closes 48 hours prior to each class.  Specialty classes, such as “Date Night” may close 72 hours prior to class, in order to allow restaurant staff sufficient time to prepare.  Cancellations will be accepted and refunds will be granted if request is received 2 weeks or more prior to date of class.  Cancellation requests received from 13 days to 72 hours prior to class will be granted transfer of payment to a future class (they will receive credit).  If cancellation notice is given less than 72 hours prior to start of class, no refund or payment credit will be given.  This includes no-shows day of class.  If class is cancelled by Cooking Class instructional team, i.e. in the event of adverse weather, or if less than 4 participants have registered for a class, the class will be rescheduled and/or participants will receive full payment credit for future class.

        Camp Vaudeville Camp Vaudeville is a summertime apprenticeship in theatre arts, as the theatre was seen in the day of Vaudeville (late 19th-early 20th century). Culminating in a real vaudeville show, the camp is designed for children who have completed 2nd grade through those who have completed 11th grade. Classes will be divided by experience (for returning) and/or ages. Featuring Acting Field Trips Dance History Music Technical Theatre​ ​Dates Auditions for special roles will be Saturday, June 21 at 2 PM, but are not required. Camp Vaudeville will be held July 7-12, 2025, with classes taking place Monday through Saturday, with a performance on Saturday evening. Classes will begin each day at 8:30 AM and end promptly at 12:30 PM. COst Campers will give their very own Vaudeville show on Saturday, July 12 at 7:00 PM. Enrollment is always limited. Cost of the camp is $175 per child, which includes all camp expenses including our Thursday evening field trip. The crew will have to work together to solve riddles, overcome obstacles, and use their smarts to find Hammy's hidden treasure. Costumes are strongly encouraged! Jr. Chef Cooking Camp: Tour of Italy   Camp Details: This cooking camp will allow your child the chance to create and enjoy their own cuisine while learning new skills in the kitchen including knife skills & general kitchen sanitation. We will also have some additional activities sprinkled in to make things a little extra fun! Please note that registering for this class is a commitment for the whole week. Camp runs 9am-12pm Monday- Friday with an awards ceremony on Friday where you will get the opportunity to taste your child's creations! The theme for this camp is Tour of Italy featuring appetizers, soup, salad, bread, beverages, pasta, pizza & desserts. Cost is $250 per child which includes class 9am-12pm for the five days and a gift bag at graduation on ceremony. Age 8-16 General Cooking Class Information If there is not an option to add a class seat to your cart, that means the class is full. Each cooking class is a unique hands-on experience where you can learn everything from basic knife skills and sanitation to beautifully garnishing the finished product. Purchasing one spot in our cooking class entitles you to a station to share with another registered participant, use of our kitchen equipment, all the necessary ingredients to create the described dishes & in-depth chef instruction. Each cooking class takes place in our teaching kitchen at The Changed Plate.       Cooking Class Rules & Cancellation Policy ***Please note that registering for our cooking classes & completing your transaction is equivalent to signing the attached Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability Cooking Class Waiver** All class sign-ups are by pre-registration and pre-pay only.  Registration for standard classes closes 48 hours prior to each class.  Specialty classes, such as “Date Night” may close 72 hours prior to class, in order to allow restaurant staff sufficient time to prepare.  Cancellations will be accepted and refunds will be granted if request is received 2 weeks or more prior to date of class.  Cancellation requests received from 13 days to 72 hours prior to class will be granted transfer of payment to a future class (they will receive credit).  If cancellation notice is given less than 72 hours prior to start of class, no refund or payment credit will be given.  This includes no-shows day of class.  If class is cancelled by Cooking Class instructional team, i.e. in the event of adverse weather, or if less than 4 participants have registered for a class, the class will be rescheduled and/or participants will receive full payment credit for future class.

The Sour Mash String Band has performed at various festivals and venues, including the John Hartford Festival in Indiana and the Millennium Music Conference in Harrisburg, PA. They released their first album, “Down the Highway,” in May 2016, followed by their second album, “Roll Me Away,” in October 2020. The band is currently working on their third album in 2025. The Troubadours Join WSCO for a night of music supporting students! The Troubadours will reunite once again for a benefit concert with all proceeds supporting the WSCO Foundation Annual Scholarship Fund. Experience an unforgettable evening of live music while making a difference! Saturday, April 5, 2025, at The Adelphia Music Hall Doors open at 8 p.m., and the show begins at 9 p.m. Many talented WSCO students face financial barriers that make earning a degree challenging. The WSCO Foundation Annual Scholarship Fund provides critical support to help them complete their education and build meaningful careers. Scholarship demand continues to grow—451 students applied for scholarships through the WSCO Foundation during the 2024-2025 academic year. However, due to limited funding, only 39% of applicants were awarded scholarships. Your support can help bridge this gap, providing more students with the financial assistance they need to achieve their educational goals. Every dollar raised at this event directly funds scholarships, helping students access the opportunities they deserve. The Troubadours – John Walsh, Jeff George, Dave Tenney, Andrew Colvin, and Bill White – are a Marietta/Vienna-based band with deep musical roots. Having played together for over 15 years in various lineups (formerly The Fossils & Apollo Sinatra), their bond runs even deeper—John & Jeff have been jamming since their first junior high garage band in 1977, while Bill & John began gigging in 1983.   Muskingum River Day Tour Valley Gem Sternwheeler Historical Event    June 29, 2025  October 11, 2025  Buy Tickets Spend an entire day immersed in history as we embark through the historic lock system on the Muskingum River! Between 1836 and 1841 a system of eleven hand operated locks and dams were constructed on the Muskingum to assure a constant river pool for steamboat commerce. It was an engineering marvel of its day and guests will have the unique opportunity to experience the technology that has remained intact since the 17th century. Guests will begin with a hot breakfast as we travel upriver to the 1st of 3 locks to experience. As we travel through the locks, passengers will observe the lock masters open and close the chambers by hand. Lunch will be served as we travel through a canal, where guests will be just inches from shore. As we travel back through the locks and down river, a captains dinner buffet will be served. This experience is one of a kind as The Valley Gem is the only passenger vessel that currently runs the Muskingum River. Our paddle wheel boat was designed specifically to operate through the locks. This all-day excursion allows you to experience a National Historic Civil Engineering landmark credited in the National Register of Historic Places as a Navigation Historic District. Actors must be 18 or older at the time of auditions. Auditions will consist of reading from the script. No preparation necessary. Please note that while all characters are male, we are committed to finding the best person for the role no matter the gender or acting experience. Show dates are September 26, 27, October 3, 4, and 5.
