Every October, our school is proud to celebrate Red Ribbon Week and Unity Day—two powerful movements that remind us of the importance of making positive choices and standing together in kindness. Wear orange or kindness/anti-bullying apparel to show support for kindness, inclusion, and unity. Theme days chosen by Mrs. Rumer’s Counselors Crew: Monday- “Rockin’ and Rollin’ with a Drug-Free Life” (wear 50’s apparel) Tuesday- “Catch the Wave to a Drug-Free Life” (wear Hawaiian/beach apparel-no swimsuits please) Wednesday- “Unity Day” (wear orange or kindness apparel) Thursday- “Say ‘BOO’ to Drugs” (wear Halloween costumes for parade and parties) Friday- “State the Facts: Drugs are Dangerous” (wear apparel showing any state)
