Seniors, Advisors, and Staff:Please see the plan for tomorrow's graduation rehearsal, walkthroughs, picnic, and commencement ceremony. Pictures - Individual and Group - 8:00-9:15 * Gaps and Gowns are Required* Approved non-school issued stoles and regalia may be worn for the pictures. School-issued regalia only at the commencement ceremony. Graduation Rehearsal - 9:15-10:30 * Attendance is mandatory to participate in the commencement ceremony Entering the Wanek Center Arena (Processional) * Students will line up based on the list posted on the wall in the auditorium hallway.* Students walk down the hallway to the Wanek Center Arena.* Half of the students will walk to the far entrance to the arena while the other half will stay near the entrance next to the girls locker room.* Students enter as pairs (advisors will help with this), one from each doorway, walk in front of the big bleachers, then turn to head down the center aisle. Students enter their row and stand in front of their chairs. * Remain standing until the band stops playing pomp & circumstance. Accepting Diplomas * Row 1 will stand, walk towards the boys locker room and turn around.* Approach the steps, stopping on the line.* When name is called, walk up the steps to receive your diploma.* Pause at the center of the stage for a photo.* Walk off the stage, shake Mr. Anderson's hand, turn and return to your chair.* Remain standing until your entire row is back to their seats. * The next row should line up when the row before them has 5 students left. Dismissal (Recessional) * Students move tassels from right to left* Students exit the way they came in, beginning with the last row. * Exit as pairs through the west doors, * Proceed to the lobby or outside. Photo backdrop will be available in the lobby Walkthroughs at AES and AMS - 10:30-11:30 * We will load buses on the East side of the high school near the auditorium (Fairfield Lot) and go to the elementary school and middle school before taking one last walk through the halls of the high school. HFCS students will arrange their own transportation and meet us back at the high school. * Wear your gaps and gowns for the walkthroughs Picnic @ Cashen Field - 11:30-12:30 Announcements * Make sure all bills are paid before Friday's ceremony. * Make sure all academic requirements are fulfilled.* Be in the School Commons by 6:15 PM on graduation night --formally dressed, cap and gow
