GED classes will be held throughout the next several months and offer both day and evening opportunities for survivors to pursue their GED. Healing Holistically is a culturally specific support group for sexual assault survivors who identify as African American women.   We have designed a space for survivors of sexual assault built around safety and support. We understand that as powerful women we often lack the space and opportunity to explore our traumas but also be valued for the steps that we have taken forward. As a group, we will use therapeutic techniques such as facilitated conversations, journaling, vision boards, safety mapping, and other activities that members feel called to. Join us on a journey to heal and actively claim our strength.
