Hello Travelers and Parents/Guardians, I am so happy to tell you that I have received our flight information and will be getting our hotel information within the next week or so. This means we can have our Final Departure Meeting!  At this meeting, I will go over the following: Flight Information Departure Day/Returning Home Information Hotel Accommodations/Room Assignments Safety on Tour (receive your EF Backpack and safety guide) Final Itinerary Prescription Medication Drop-Off Packing/Shopping Lists This meeting will take place at 6:00 pm on Monday, June 2nd in HS Dome, Room 105. Travelers and Guardians are expected to attend. I ask that adult travelers and chaperones please stay after this meeting, so that we can meet about Adult Traveler Rules of the Road and Expectations.  To Dos: Turn in your Johnson Creek Health and Medical Form Purchase your European Travel Authorization (ETA)- Deadline May 30th Look for your fundraiser check in the mail (should be going out later this week) Check your packing list and begin shopping for necessary items (i.e., universal charging adapter for UK and EU) Break in any new shoes! -- Courtney Morris
