Madison Public Library partners with the City of Madison Clerk's Office to offer in-person absentee voting at every library location. Times and frequency vary by location, so be sure to check the full schedule at madpl.org/vote before traveling.  You can register to vote ON SITE when voting absentee in-person. Voters who need to register due to a recent move or name change will also need to show an acceptable proof of address document. Voter registration is not allowed the three days before an election. An absentee voter must return their own completed absentee ballot to Clerk staff at in-person absentee voting locations, including Madison Public Libraries. Please check the In-Person Absentee Voting locations page on the City Clerk's website for other voting sites or more details. Chat with Chandler and other participants on a variety of topics as you wander through green spaces, pass waterways, and under treetops, admiring the nature and wildlife leading to the Old Sauk Community Gardens and back.  No registration is required; all are welcomed and encouraged to go at their own pace. If you've ever wondered if yoga was right for you, join Instructor Sarah Dimick of Zen Ed at on Mondays from 12:30 to 1:15p.m. at Alicia Ashman library in this safe and accessible yoga for all ages and all bodies. Attend one or attend them all; no experience needed. Poses are done on the chair or while standing, so no need to get on the ground. Chair yoga is a great way to relieve stress, soothe sore muscles, and find greater ease of movement. Dates: 2/2, 2/16, 3/2, 3/16, 4/6, 4/20, 5/4, 5/18  Space is limited and registration is required. Registration for ALL chair yoga sessions will open January 19 at 10:00AM. About the presenter Sarah Dimick is a licensed school psychologist and certified children's, adult, and senior yoga instructor, with extensive experience leading various levels of movement classes.
