Chair: Krisann Durnford (Chamber's Executive Director) Ambassadors are the goodwill arm of the Chamber. They are engaged and passionate about our community and the Chamber's mission. If you enjoy meeting people and sharing the benefits of partnership and collaboration with other business members, this is your committee! Chamber members are welcome to volunteer as an Ambassador. Interested? Contact [email protected]. Duties Attend monthly meeting as scheduled. Attend Chamber events (Business After Hours, Community Events, Networking Lunches, Ribbon Cutting/Groundbreaking Ceremonies). Promote the Chamber and its mission. Recruit new business members. Connect with existing business members to identify ways the Chamber can help and to educate members on Chamber benefits. Participate in the annual membership drive. Benefits Meet new business and community members. Create positive networking relationships. Offer your business services as an Ambassador and fellow Chamber member. Attend the annual Ambassadors Appreciation Dinner. Receive discounted rate for Awards Gala Dinner.

Chamber members are welcome to volunteer on the Events Committee. Interested? Contact [email protected]. Duties Attend committee meetings as scheduled. Focus on annual events organized by the Chamber of Commerce as identified and defined by the Chamber's Board of Directors. Assist in obtaining event sponsors and promoting the event to businesses and/or community. Volunteer in the planning, setup/clean up, and activities of the Chamber's events. Current annual events handled by this committee include the Awards Gala & Fundraiser (March), Jammin' in the Park (June), DandiLion Daze Parade (August), and Golf Outing (September). Benefits of Volunteering Meet, encourage, and collaborate with other business members and event guests. Create positive networking relationships. Our board consists of small business owners, local business managers, and entrepreneurs who are passionate about making the communities we serve (Muskego, Big Bend, Town of Norway, and Wind Lake) prosperous, vibrant, and a destination for work, home, and play. During the first quarter of the year, Chamber members elect Board members for the upcoming term of April 1 through March 31.
