Details for Advertisers
The Summer Events & Shopping Guide runs from June 1 to August 31, 2026 and is released on June 1. All ads expire August 31, 2026.
Only Chamber members whose membership is current may participate in this promotion. All ads except prime ads are complimentary and part of your membership benefits.
Each Chamber member may reserve up to two (2) ad spaces. Ad specs are listed under each ad space in the sample template. All ads are linked to Chamber member's website (or suggested link on the ad).
We offer five prime ad spaces ($50 each; full page). These are located at the front of the guide. Prime ad space may not be reserved using other member or sponsor benefits.
Deadline for ads is May 20, 2026. Submit print ready ad (jpg, png, pdf) to [email protected]. If you have graphics, logo, and verbiage but need help with layout, contact Krisann at this email address.
The Summer Events & Shopping Guide is promoted throughout the summer in these areas:
Chamber’s Website Homepage Button
Each ad placed on appropriate website page (Events Calendar, Hot Deals, Job Opportunities).
Chamber's Main FaceBook and Instagram. Full guide link posted several times. Each ad two times.
Other FB pages (WBC, Jammin’ in the Park). Full guide link posted several times.
Other Social Media (LinkedIn, X.com). Full guide link posted several times
Push notifications on the Muskego App.
Analytics: The flipbook is created using Issuu.com. Our flipbooks can be viewed here. We do receive basic analytics on how often the flipbook is viewed and click links to advertiser's websites. Types of Ads
We welcome ads that promote a Chamber member’s business or organization. Suggestions are:
Summer Events (tastings, sports game watch nights, vendor fairs, customer appreciation, summer holiday events, parties open to the community)
Advertise events your business or organization is offering between June 1 to August 31, 2026.
Include event location, the host business/organization name and logo, event hours and details for community participation.
Mention how to register or attend an event and any event guidelines (age limits, parking).
Business Awareness Ads (highlights your business or organization)
Fun, summer marketing ads (can include safety tips, outdoor fun ideas, lawn/yard/deck ideas, or educational tips that your business has expertise in)
Promotions for fundraisers organized by your business
Include business or organization name, location, logo, and contact info.
Mention details about promotions and your business
Coupons, Specials, and Discount Ads (BOGO, % or $ off, limited product specials)
Include business location, logo, contact info, and the coupon for your business product or service. Include restrictions or limits on the special. Coupons must be good from June 1 to August 31, 2026.
Mention how to redeem the special (customer shows digital copy via phone or Muskego app; customer offers a home-printed copy).

To reserve your ad space:
Use the registration button to log in.
Select “Add Attendee” and list your contact information. (This may pre-populate from login information.)
Under Pricing, select an option. There are only five Prime Space Ads ($50). All others are free.
Under your contact information, use the dropdown box to reserve the correct ad space. For ads that do not apply to your reservation, select “NA.” Please note:
Refer to the sample template for layout. Ads are numbered and described as full or half. Layout cannot be changed, but items within that ad space may be moved. Sample pictures and text are placeholders. Your Ad replaces these. The Chamber reserves the right to move free ads as needed to create a quality look for the flipbook. Every effort will be made to keep ads in approximately the same portion of the booklet.
During registration: If a numbered ad appears in the drop-down box, it is still available. If not, it has been taken. Registration drop down box is accurate on which ads are available. The sample template is manually updated as often as possible, but MAY not reflect all reserved ads at any given moment.
This template begins with 50 ad pages (Ads 101-105 are $50. Ads 106-150 are free). We have the opportunity to increase it if necessary.

The Chamber is offering its annual Summer Events & Shopping Guide promotion, which is a shareable digital flipbook. This offers complimentary advertising for our Chamber members as we list your summer events, shopping deals, discounts, and specials.
