Download Guidelines for Reserving an Ad Details for Advertisers: The Summer Events & Shopping Guide runs from June 1 to August 31, 2025. It will be released on June 1. All ads in the Summer Events & Shopping Guide expire on August 31, 2025. Only Chamber members whose membership is current may participate in the Summer Events & Shopping Guide promotion. All ads except prime ads are complimentary and part of your membership benefits. Each Chamber member may reserve up to two (2) ad spaces. We are offering five prime ad spaces ($50 each; full page). These are located at the front of the Summer Events & Shopping Guide. Prime ad space may not be reserved using other member or sponsor benefits. The Summer Events & Shopping Guide will be promoted through push notifications on the Muskego App. Deadline for ads is May 31, 2025. Submit print ready ad (jpg, png, pdf) to executivedirector@muskego.org. If you have graphics, logo, and verbiage but need help with layout, contact Krisann at this email address. Ad specs are listed under each ad space in the sample template. We welcome any ads that promote a Chamber member’s business or organization. Suggestions are: Summer Events (tastings, sports game watch nights, vendor fairs, customer appreciation, summer holiday events, parties open to the community) Advertise events your business or organization is offering between June 1 to August 31, 2025. Include event location, the host business/organization name and logo, event hours and details for community participation. Mention how to register or attend an event and any event guidelines (age limits, parking). Business Awareness Ads (highlights your business or organization) Fun, summer marketing ads (can include safety tips, outdoor fun ideas, lawn/yard/deck ideas) Promotions for fundraisers that your business is having. Include business or organization name, location, logo, and contact info. Mention details about promotions or your business Coupons, Specials, and Discount Ads (BOGO, % or $ off, limited product specials) Include business location, logo, contact info, and the coupon for your business product or service. Include any restrictions or limits on the special. Coupons must be good from June 1 to August 31, 2025. Mention how it can be redeemed (customer shows digital copy via phone or Muskego app; customer offers a home-printed copy). To reserve your ad space, click the link on the ad you wish to purchase or reserve. Use the registration button to log in. Select “Add Attendee” and list your contact information. (This may pre-populate from login information.) Under Pricing, select an option. There are only five Prime Space Ads ($50). All others are free.   Under your contact information, use the dropdown box to reserve the correct ad space. For ads that do not apply to your reservation, select “NA.” Please note: Ads are numbered and described as full or half to aid in reserving space. If a numbered ad appears it is still available. If not, it has been taken. Please refer to the sample template for layout. Select the preferred ad layout. Note: Layout cannot be changed, but items within that ad space may be moved. This template begins with 35 ad pages (Ads 101-105 are $50. Ads 106-135 are free). This may be increased by an additional 10 pages if needed. Continue through screens until you receive the confirmation screen. Submit your print ready ad (jpg, png, or pdf) to executivedirector@muskego.org by May 31. The Women's Business Connections (WBC) Steering Committee are volunteer female Chamber members who help organize and run activities and events for the Women's Business Connection group. Muskego Chamber's Women's Business Connections (WBC) is an extension group of our Chamber providing networking, support, and educational opportunities to female business members. Note: To participate in WBC, one must be a female Chamber member. There is an additional $50 annual fee that helps fund the WBC activities and events.
