During this workshop, you will develop a solid understanding of process improvement techniques and how to utilize those techniques to make effective changes within your organization. In addition, you will become familiar with the fundamental tools associated with Lean and Six Sigma. Learn the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). Understand the Lean and Six Sigma concepts. Develop a common language to discuss continuous improvement. Identify processes for assessing problems, deviations, and disruptions. Explore methods that support a culture of continuous improvement. Practice applying Lean and Six Sigma tools and methodologies to real-world applications.

The Oconomowoc Summer Farmers’ Market has been a Saturday community tradition for over 40 years!  It is managed by the Oconomowoc Area Chamber of Commerce and runs weekly from the first Saturday in May to the last Saturday in October, except for the last weekend in July – in which a special Friday Night Farmers’ Market is held. Market-goers can find a variety of goods including seasonal produce, spices, herbs, soups, handmade arts and crafts, baked goods, plants, honey, cheeses, jams, canned goods, maple syrup, breads, and farm fresh eggs and meats.   Each week, visitors can find familiar favorites as well as exciting new additions.
