Ensure your kids have the energy they need to have a fun filled summer! Tuesday through Saturday, snacks are available for anyone under the age of 18. Individual wrapped portions are served all day while supplies last. Saturdays, full size items are also available to make breakfast at home.  ¡Asegúrate de que tus hijos tengan la energía necesaria para un verano lleno de diversión! De martes a sábado, hay refrigerios disponibles para menores de 18 años. Se sirven porciones individuales envueltas durante todo el día hasta agotar existencias. Is your child ready for potty training? In partnership with the Arizona Diaper Bank, the library will be offering Potty Training Workshops for families with little ones ready to potty train.  Workshops will be facilitated in English and Spanish. Participants who complete the session will take home some potty-training pants, books, a chart, as well as a free potty chair!  ¿Está su hijo a aprender ir al baño? Valdez Main Library is joining the Historic 4th Ave Coalition with a Free Book Swap.  Get rid of those books you've already read, or got as a present and don't need, and pick up some new ones.  We'll also set up a table just for kids books so bring the kids to share books they no longer need as well. Check out the Coalition Space at 311 E. 7th St (just off 4th Ave) on Sunday June 22nd from 10-12.  If you have a tables-worth of books to give away, please get in touch with [email protected] otherwise just drop your books off at the community table.
