The Collaborative Bargaining Team (CBT) is a representative group from all school staff sectors.  It includes Board members, leaders, teachers, bus drivers, cooks, para-professionals and custodians.  Using an Interest Based Bargaining (IBB) process the team addresses policies that guide working conditions and compensation. A consensus model for decisions is used to ensure that any individual voice is as strong as the majority.  The CBT uses the process to identify the most pressing issues and seek the best possible solution for that issue.  To learn more about the CBT process and for updated dates and team members visit the Collaborative Bargaining Team page on the website
