Retired, pre-retirement and just want to be able to tackle the Bucket List?   The SASSY SENIORS Functional Fitness class is unique to the trainers at Amped LIfestyle and we take pride in helping our clients regain balance, stamina, strength and mobility; while they refocus on the things they want to do in this later season of life! Long gone is the day of sitting around because they are retired, this is a day of new beginnings and a life of grand kids on the go, golf and traveling.... So, what makes the difference? Group sessions offer accountability and community as they build their balance from the ground up, improve core strength and stamina, as they regain strength and muscle mass and bone density!
