The monthly meeting of the Board of Supervisors, and a public hearing to consider the conditional use application filed by Michaela Kolbe (“Applicant”). Applicant is the owner of property located at 705 N. Reeds Road, Downingtown, Pennsylvania (Chester County Tax Parcel No. 32-5-15) (the “Property”). The Property is located in the R-1 Residential Zoning District. Applicant seeks conditional use approval pursuant to Section 200-17.B.(4) of the Upper Uwchlan Township Zoning Ordinance to use two existing dwellings on the Property as short term rentals. The public is invited to attend the hearing. The Application may be viewed at the Township Office during normal business hours.
