The 2026, “Lynden Tractor Trot” will start and finish at the south end of Bender Fields Park. We would love for this to be a family event. For those wanting to race while enjoying our beautiful town, there will be a recognition of winners with chip timing. Invite your friends and family to cheer you through the finish. Half Marathon Starts at 7am 10K at 8am 5 at 8:20am All proceeds are donated to Whatcom Family Farmers Education Fund.

She will be in conversation with Claire McElroy, Adult Programming Coordinator for Whatcom County Library System. When the wild strips everything away, what's left is who you are. Join us for our monthly networking luncheon. Enjoy a fun round of networking, a guest speaker and lunch. Remember to bring your business cards for networking and to enter yourself into a drawing to win Member of The Month. June's guest speaker and sponsor is William McCarter from Recycling & Disposable Services.  Everyone is welcome to bring a door prize although it is not required. This can be merch from your business, a local coffee card, a small gift, etc. Your business will receive recognition at the luncheon and a social media "Thank You" post after the event.    Looking to sponsor the next Ferndale Chamber Networking Luncheon? Ferndale’s beloved Community Garage Sale Day is getting an upgrade this year and becoming Ferndale of a Sale Day — a day full of bargains, treasures, and local shopping all around town. Start your morning at the group yard sale and vendor area at the corner of Fourth St. and Alder St. Browse booths that range from yard sales to local vendors and crafters, and while you're there you can pick up a printed map (or use the online interactive map) to guide your treasure hunt. Once you’ve mapped out your route, head out into the neighborhoods to hunt for hidden treasures and great bargains at the many yard sales happening around town. After you’ve worked up an appetite bargain hunting, swing downtown to treat yourself to lunch and explore local shops that may have special sales and deals just for the day. Whether you're searching for hidden gems, supporting local makers, or just enjoying a day out in the community, you’re bound to find a heck of a deal in the Dale! Date: Saturday, June 20 Time: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (times may vary depending on the seller) Where: All around Ferndale! Want to Participate? Get your Garage Sale on the Map! Register your address to be included on the official event map for just $5. Vendor or Crafter? Join the group yard sale area at 2084 Alder St. (next to Rockwood Realty and Ferndale Mini Mart). 10 x 10 outdoor space: $25 - $35 Limited spots available You may reserve multiple spaces if you have lots to sell! Local Businesses Businesses are encouraged to join the fun by offering a special sale, discount, or promotion during Ferndale of a Sale Day. The choice is yours on what to offer! Your offer doesn’t necessarily have to be redeemed that day — Maybe you will choose to offer something like a dollar or percentage off that customers can use later. Ideally, the opportunity to get the deal is only available on Dale Sale Day, giving shoppers a reason to come explore Ferndale and visit your business.
